BIA Core Wealth Allocation
BIA Global Strategy
This strategy utilizes an "active" tactical asset
allocation approach to address the core
investment themes and outlook of Barnhart
Investment Advisory.

The primary objective of the BIA Core Wealth
Allocation model portfolio is to protect against the
loss of wealth (defined as purchasing power of
the portfolio), and to pursue prudent growth of the
portfolio's purchasing power.

While the model portfolio is geared toward a
moderate investor, the strategy can be adjusted
and customized on an individual basis to suit any
investor's particular scenario and risk profile.

see report
This strategy is for investors who are willing to
take on short term aggressive, speculative
positions for an appropriate portion of their overall
investable assets.

The strategy utilizes an active management
approach and engages in shorter term trading
strategies to protect the long term "wealth" of the
portfolio by maintaining and/or growing the
portfolios purchasing power as appropriate.

The portfolio seeks to address the long term
economic and investment themes of BIA by
aggressively pursuing shorter term market
opportunities with concentrated positions and
strategies.  To this end the portfolio will primarily
utilize individual stocks and exchange traded
funds to gain exposure to stock, commodity,
currency, fixed income  and inverse/short
strategies.

The portfolio will seek to protect capital and limit
losses through the use of position loss limits and
a willingness to convert to and hold cash or short
term treasury ETF's as appropriate.
